Harkens back to a particular poster who was pissed that the US Embassy personnel weren’t speaking fluent Spanish to him. His opinion was that Spanish was the Lingua Franca in the US, and so all embassy personnel should be speaking Spanish as well.
I believe he also tried to scale the embassy walls on a weekend trying to get in.
