Kampong Cham is starting to dissapear

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

Ha ha. Today was a remarkable day. Considering what has happened I'm in an amazingly good mood.

As for the house. I don't care. It was only money. What I do care about us the lies and damage done to my children by the mother and mother in law.

Those that know the full story will understand.

This part. I don't know your full story but I suffered a lot from that part.

So I think that I understand a bit.

You seem rather sad taab...
too bad.
Why do you say sad when I simply do not like all Cambodian activities. What makes me sad is half-assed posts about how we can make all Cambodians rich, but no, even that is wrong. Such naive posts make me angry since they reveal the superficial understanding of current social and political conditions in Cambodia which are in dire need of change which will not be cured by a quick fix, but by a change in mentality. OK all foreigners have strong opinions coming from democratic countries and living or visiting in a non-democratic country. However, it is not our job to change things, but lies within the realm of responsibility of the Cambodians themselves. Oh yeah, boat races in any country would bore me to tears.
As my old Cajun bait seller used to say, "I opes you luck.

Good, you had my joy too. I didn't need to be there.

I used to row for my school and university...was great fun being on the water early in the morning with the rhythmic sounds of the oars , and the peace in between each stroke....
makes body and mind strong
I was born with nothing , and I still have most of it left.
