its not to late to submit ur 1040 for 2019 as they are not due until July 15, 2020, using https://www.olt.com/main/home/coronaupdate.asp
if you have not yet filed for whatever reason
if ur not filing, check out the irs info, https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/non-fil ... -info-here
Use the Non-Filers: Enter Payment Info Here tool if:

You are not required to file a federal income tax return for 2019 for any reason including:
Your income is less than $12,200
You’re married filing jointly and together your income is less than $24,400
You have no income
What’s the point of a stimulus check?

The thought process behind the coronavirus stimulus check was to provide financial support for those affected by the outbreak—given they are single adults with a reported adjusted gross income of $75,000 or less on their 2018 or 2019 tax return or meet the requirements for married couples and dependents under 17.

In response to the pandemic, the U.S. government approved a $2 trillion coronavirus relief package with the intention of providing support during a time when most Americans were impacted financially by the economic fallout of the outbreak.
Are second stimulus checks coming out?

So, if most Americans seem to agree that the original $1,200 (for single adults) and $2,400 (for married couples) isn’t enough to get us through these dark economic times, could a second stimulus check be coming?

Possibly.

It appears that Congress is considering a second stimulus check. However, President Donald Trump said in a recent Town Hall meeting with Fox News that he believes a payroll tax cut should be part of the second round of payments.

“… We’re not doing anything unless we get a payroll tax cut,” President Trump said. “That is so important to the success of our country.”
