Official flight records showed the man had arrived in the Kingdom on Wednesday at 10pm with 62 other passengers, 14 of them women.
What a pointless bit of extra information.

67 who flew with newest patient clear of virus
Sixty-seven foreign and local passengers, who were aboard the plane which carried the Kingdom’s second coronavirus patient in over a month, were released from a quarantine facility yesterday after completing a 14-day isolation period, a health ministry statement revealed.
The Cambodian patient was said to have contracted the virus from a Korean passenger while travelling from the United States to Cambodia via South Korea.

Health Ministry spokeswoman Or Vandine, in a statement yesterday, said the flight carried 67 other passengers, including 31 Cambodians, 33 Koreans, one Russian, one Swiss and one Austrian – all of whom have recently been discharged from an undisclosed quarantine centre in the country.

“According to our working team, all passengers are healthy except for the 39-year-old woman. Furthermore, physical distancing was observed on the plane,” said Ms Vandine, adding the woman’s husband, who was at high risk of infection due to direct contact with the patient, tested negative for infection.

It would be interesting to know what test they are using. The PCR test takes about 4.5 hours* so that is too long for an airport setting. Maybe they have some Chinese tests that are quicker or they are doing the antibody tests which are quicker but wont detect very early infections.

Cambodia will test all travellers
By TTR WEEKLY - May 25, 2020

PHNOM PENH, 25 May 2020: Cambodia has relaxed travel restrictions on foreign visitors as the country reports that its public health measures so far have successfully contained the spread of Covid-19.

According to the official statement issued by the State Secretariat of Civil Aviation of Cambodia, new measures came into effect 20 May.

The statement confirms that Cambodia has lifted the ban on foreign nationals from Iran, Italy, Germany, Spain, France and the US.

Foreign nationals must provide proof of an insurance policy with a minimum medical coverage of not less than USD50,000 valid for the intended duration of stay in Cambodia.

On arrival at the airport, all travellers will be PCR swab tested for Covid-19 and be asked to wait for at the airport for the laboratory results.

If travellers test Covid-19 positive, they will be quarantined along with accompanying negative-tested passengers at a location designated by the authorities. If they have tested positive at the airport and show other classic symptoms of Covid-19 they will be hospitalised immediately.

In the event that all travellers on a flight test negative, they will be allowed to self isolate for 14 days at their respective homes or registered hotels under the supervision of the local authorities and health officials.

Air operators must not transport a passenger who has as a confirmed positive test of Covid-19. The airlines are responsible for the passenger’s repatriation as well as the cost of quarantined or treatment. Different rules apply to the airline crew.
