She still has not been clear about one key issue. Unless they have changed the procedure, when you are taking out insurance with Cigna you have to complete a questionnaire that clearly and specifically asks if you have been to a doctor, clinic or hospital seeking treatment in a certain period prior to your application and whether you have been prescribed any medicines or received treatment in that period (at least 6 months). Cigna also then conduct a phone interview where the same questions are asked. What response did he give to those questions?
