30Yo Chinese Man Dies of Heart Attack on the Way to Hospital

Cambodia News (Svay Rieng): On May 16, 2020, Dr. Ouk Saren, chief doctor at Svay Rieng hospital, reported that a Chinese man was taken to the hospital by his friend, but he passed away before arriving at the hospital.

At 7:30 am, specialist police at criminal department collaborated with Svay Rieng Royal Gendarmerie, and the doctor of Svay Rieng Hospital, and coordinated by the prosecutor to examine the deceased in room 4, at Svay Rieng hospital. The deceased was identified as GU FANGYUAN, a 30-year-old Chinese man.

Dr. Ouk Saren, the doctor at Svay Rieng Hospital, said the victim died of a heart attack before arriving at the hospital. RIP.

Why so much officialdom in a heart attack case, even in one so young? Especially in the boonies. More to this I think.
