British Teacher STEPHEN HAZELL Passes Away in Phnom Penh

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On December 15, 2019, at 11 am, a 52-year-old British man, STEPHEN GEOFFREY HAZELL, a teacher at Westline International School in Phnom Penh, was found dead in his rented house in street 907, Chong Khsach village, Sangkat Toul Sangak, Phnom Penh.

After receiving information of the decease, the local police went to the scene and duly reported to the specialist police from the Investigation and Procedure Office of the Immigration Department to organize an autopsy. After the post mortem examination, police concluded that the victim died of a heart attack.

The victim's belonging were sent to keep at the Department of Investigation and Procedure, and may be claimed by the family. The body was sent to keep at Steung Meanchey pagoda.
RIP, and condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.
