Man Arrested for Domestic Violence Involving 7 Month Old Baby
Cambodia News, Oddar Meanchey: An arrest has been made after videos were posted on social media of a grave case of child abuse and domestic violence.
On May 12, 2020, a video posted on Facebook shows violence and torture of a 7-month-old child and charges of domestic violence, as well as threats against a child and mother.
The CPU (Child Protection Unit) team was informed of the video and began investigating, and in cooperation with Oddar Meanchey provincial police and the Ministry of the Interior, a 34-year-old man has been arrested by police for questioning.

Cambodia News (Oddar Meanchey): Lieutenant Men Ly, Oddar Meanchey police chief, said that the police called in a 34-year-old man named Thoun Panna for questioning, after the man was accused by his wife of breaking the left arm and leg of his baby stepson.
