KLM Royal Dutch Airlines resumes daily service to seven European destinations; requires wearing of face masks on all flights

Amstelveen, Netherlands, 2020-May-05 — /Travel PR News/ — From 4 May, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines will gradually begin restoring its European network. The airline will resume daily service to seven extra destinations, which were suspended in compliance with Covid-19-related travel restrictions. The wearing of face masks will be compulsory on all flights across the whole KLM network from 11 May.

Effective 4 May 2020, KLM will resume service – one daily flight, seven days a week – to the following destinations:
Barcelona
Madrid
Rome
Milan
Budapest
Prague
Warsaw
Helsinki

Makes a mockery of the lock downs, quarantines, self isolation, social distancing, mass unemployment, economic woes, etc., when there are still figures like these:
Netherlands more than 5000 deaths, still 200+ new cases daily.
Spain over 25,000 deaths, several hundred new cases daily.
Italy almost 30,000 deaths, more than 1000 new cases daily.

What was it all about?
