3 Houses Demolished in Sihanoukville Truck Accident

Cambodia News (Sihanoukville): On April 29, 2020, at 1:50 pm, the driver of a big truck, plate no. SKV 3A-3000, lost control of his vehicle and smashed into three houses and injured some people in Sihanoukville. The cause of the accident has not been annouced yet, but the driver immediately ran away from the accident scene.

The truck damaged three houses, three motorbikes, a cake cabinet, and a truck warehouse. Some people got injured. The house owners were identified as Chan Kim, a 39-year-old woman, Khun Sreyvong, a 20-year-old woman, and Chay Fong.

After the incident, the police checked the accident and took the truck to keep at the police station awaiting the owner.

They should get an automatic 3 months jail for running from the scene of an accident plus $500 fine.
