Vietnamese Woman Posts a Photo of Teenage Girl in a Shower

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): A 35-year-old Vietnamese woman, Ngieng Thimang, a waitress, was arrested for sharing pornography on social media on April 24, 2020, at 5 pm.

Before the incident, the victim, aged 16 years old, checked on social media on the suspect's account named RA DA, where she saw a photo of herself taking a shower. The suspect had posted the picture of the victim accompanied by insults in Vietnamese.

After seeing that post, the victim told her father about it. Then, on April 25, 2020, at 10 pm, the victim and her family saw the suspect in Sangkat Niroth, Phnom Penh, so they detained the woman and took her to the police station.
