Chasing Cambodian maps

I am urgently needing a copy of Baray District map in Kompong Thom province. I have checked at IBC etc No luck. Any idea on where to go to next? Is there a gov dept that handles these?? Thanks for any heads up you might have

Central market.
On the Eastern side, just outside the inner building
there are a few stalls that sell stationary and topographic maps
All Cambodia covered. $5 standard price.
1;100,000 and
1;50,000

Are you going up to the Solar Cafe to teach them how to make avocado shakes?
