Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On April 22, 2020, Cambodian police patrolmen arrested a 26-year-old man, So Chanara, who was spaced out on too many drugs and became crazy, throwing rocks on people passing on the road in Sangkat Chak Toumok, Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh.

The police said the suspect was a drug addict, who was so off his face at his arrest, that he was unable to communicate with them. Previously, the same man was arrested by police in a bizarre episode on February 07, 2020, at 4:35 pm, after he tried to enter the PM's house in Phnom Penh . After that, the man's brother named Chean Sareth bailed the suspect for reeducation.
But, despite the efforts of the family to help him, So Chankara continued attacking people, so he was rearrested and sent to the police station. Subsequently, the suspect was taken to the Ministry of Social Affairs for reeducation.
