1. How many water treatment plants can be found in Cambodia? (Bonus points for both potable and waste water treatment)

2. Where are water testing services in Phnom Penh?

I heard about 3 years ago back in the good old days true or not don't know. That the sihanouk shit farm hasn't been in operation for years.

But then I don't call the finished product water,, I call it H2, O
