Cambodia News(Kandal): On April 7, 2020, 5 people were arrested for playing a Chinese gambling game in Takhmao pagoda, Takmao city, Kandal. The suspects were identified Chan Sopheak, a 46-year woman, the owner of the house, Suth Reach, a 33-year-old man, a makeup artist*, Meth Samadi, a 38-year-old man, a makeup artist, Keang Khou, a 39-year-old man, a makeup artist, and Ouv Rou, a 29-year-old man, a makeup artist.

On the day of the police crackdown on this Chinese game, some concerned neighbors had called the Takhmao police to alert them that some people were playing games for money. The local cops hastened to the scene of the crime, where they confiscated six motorbikes, 240,000 riels cash money, some strange-looking cards, and eight bamboo sticks that the suspects were using to play the game.
The suspects were sent to Takhmao police station with the evidence.
