PROPERTY HAS: air con, fan, separate bathroom (other rooms each have private bathroom, so only you use and the cleaner when doing laundry there), balcony, secure space for moto downstairs with full time guard (locked at night), furnished as shown, weekly cleaning with laundry

PERIOD: from now!

PRICE: $160/mo, plus cleaning ($17) and electric ($20) +/- $5 contribution to household items (often total is about $200). One month deposit required.
