Under normal circumstances I would volunteer my mothers services For when she comes on her annual trip to visit.
She has bought my wife bras before and she loves the fit and the quality.
If anyone has searched the forum (In the future) and came up With this thread get in touch and you may be lucky to get an order in before she sets off.
Can’t really help the OP since

If you visit the market that Khmer usually go, it might be hard for you to find. In here we usually call them bra size 34 or 36 or 34/75 so the seller will know what size you are! No letter ABCD....
The best place to shopping for you should be at the supermarket! Maybe AEON 1? You can pick up any of them. On the first floor maybe? There mostly have kind of foreigner bra!

Wacoal at Aeon 1 used to have limited stock of DD and maybe a couple of E but the sizing is on the smaller side.
