Get vitamin D tablets and vitamin C.

Accept the fact that you will need to play your part and get social distance from others.

Then check you were smart enough to get some insurance a few weeks ago.

For many they will have the virus infect them or their loved ones. It is time to accept the sad reality the world has changed.

Thankfully the situatiion in a few months will be more positive.

Ride out the storm!!! It aint going to be pretty!!
Taking vitamin D is Cambodia? In this season? Why?
My grandad was a farmer out in the sun all day yet was vitamin d deficient and still needed supplements. Khmer stay out of the sun for white skin.

Correct. Exposure to sunlight provides vitamin D. Levels vary but for most this is sufficent for health.

Recent studies have shown that people with low vitamin D get a marked benefit from increasing their levels when it comes to respiritory infections.

Those with normal levels of Vitamin D also showed better outcomes with increased vitamin D.

Weekly and daily dosages showed better outcomes.

Careful. You can take too much vitamin D. Consult Doctor if you unsure how much to take.

Point is there is very little we can do to protect ourselves other than social distancing and hand washing etc. Taking a vitamin D tablet does seem like one small way you may strengthen your immune system.

Your immune system is at it's best when you take care of yourself. No smoking, only a little alcohol, a good workout 3 times a week and keeping your weight under control is the way to go. A healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetables is also better than taking pills.

Why is it so hard for many people to get that the number of tested and confirmed infections is NOT equal to the number of all infections? Would you go to the hospital with the symptoms of a mere cold? Especially now when there is a big risk to be infected in the hospital and draconian quarantine measures for the infected. Millions of people are infected right now but they are living through it like a normal cold or flu without reporting.

In fact, any post quoting the useless number of confirmed infections should be regarded as trolling by moderators and removed as fear mongering propaganda.

Amsterdam's 'Red Light' district shuts, long lines for marijuana
AMSTERDAM (Reuters) - Sex clubs in Amsterdam's "Red Light" district were told to close down and long lines formed at marijuana coffee shops on Sunday, as the Netherlands imposed tight restrictions to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

The government ordered all restaurants, cafes and schools shut down until April 6.

It's not MY data, sweetheart. It is the CCP's data. They are the ones stating to the world they have all but stopped virus transmission thanks to their actions.

I don’t care whose data it is if it’s bs. You are a troll for re-posting bs.
