Phnom Penh: On March 11, 2020, a woman jumped over a condo called " WECAN" along Street 99 in Village 7, Boeung Trabek Commune, Chamkarmon, Phnom Penh, for no apparent reason.
The victim, Khun Srey Sros, 25, was staying at a fourth floor condo. According to an eye-witness, they saw the woman climb to the fifth floor with a can of beer and glass and jump down.
