How does that make a visitor feel safer? Rather than the stupid card they should give you something like Singapore does and explains the virus and what you should do
Is Camboida equipped if 100,300,1,000 people go see a doctor ( what dr, where?) if someone calls 115 ( hey someday in Cambodia call the number and report back) are there english speakers answering the phone?

and i love how they shift the blame and say "...you MAY have been infected BEFORE you arrived in Cambodia".

There is so much contradiction and uncertainty already within the medical profession, without armchair doctors adding to it. The fact is that when ordinary, untrained people pass on medical advice and opinion, they are simply passing on something they 'have read somewhere' that fits with their own narrative. Take sensible precautions, wash your hands, avoid touching your face and other people.

Then keep calm and carry on.
