Ministry of Health is supposed to have urgent press conference right about now (7pm). It was announced just hour ago that they will have it. Maybe it's related to that? Seems that the press conference hasn't started yet though so lets wait and see..

An English (65 year old woman) river cruise ship passenger has tested positive for Covid19. Reads like she's in Kampong Cham, test was carried out in Phnom Penh at Pasteur Clinic.

Ha, the WHO are not certain how long the virus can live on surfaces. The only things the WHO has been certain about have turned out to be highly questionable, e.g. that it is not a pandemic.

From Fresh News:
PHNOM PENH (The Cambodia Herald) - The Ministry of Health has discovered another case of a corona virus in the case of a 65-year-old British woman who came to Kampong Cham, Cambodia by boat from Ho Chi Minh Port, Vietnam.

The health minister's announcement was made at a press conference in the evening of March 10, 2020, at the Ministry of Health. This is the third case in Cambodia after finding the first case on a Chinese person who had been cured and returned to China, and the second case on a 38-year-old Cambodian in Siem Reap province.
