Takeo Man Wounded in Drive-By Shooting

Cambodia News (Takeo): On March 8, 2020, at 9:15 pm, a 40-year-old man, Eath Somoul, got seriously injured after he was shot at seven times in Samrong district, Takeo.

Before the incident, the victim was riding his motorbike along the road, when suddenly a man drove up in a car and used a pistol to shoot at the motorcyclist seven times. Some of the shots missed, but the victim got shot in the right leg. The car driver left the scene immediately, leaving the victim bleeding on the road.

It is believed that the attack was caused by a personal conflict between the two men, and police are searching for the suspect.
