Try PC Magic opposite Angkor Hospital for Children. I recently bought an Epson 3110 Ink Tank printer there for $135. I have been buying from them for many years. There are also other shops around the same area.

CHeap electronice and cambodia rarely occur in the same semntence due to the high import duty. There are alot of refurbed units that look like new kicking around
