It does!Username Taken wrote: ↑Fri Mar 06, 2020 5:32 pmThe first column is the % of dettol mixture. The second column is how long in minutes (to do whatever). The one which says '30' is seconds not minutes.Freightdog wrote: ↑Fri Mar 06, 2020 3:11 pm I’d be curious to know what the Thai measurements/units column indicates for concentration, as there seems little correlation with numbers in relation to % concentration.
5% = 5, 10 or 1 Thai wotsits
But
2.5% = up to 30
Hope that helps some.
And it raises a snigger. My ex-mother-in-mutual-contempt was so compulsive/anal about such things; if she saw this, she’d accurately measure both concentration and time to decimal places!

Have most of the symptoms but no testing as they have questioned them instead.

Don’t be too harsh. They probably ordered the Chinese to self quarantine for 14 hours.
Because they misunderstood the guidelines...

Who knows? As someone else said here, ignoring the whole thing it might be the right thing to do in Cambodia. They don't have the medical facilities to deal with outbreaks; just look at the dengue figures. People get sick, get well, or die. Not saying that this is optimal, but outside of China, there are not many fatalities except for the old and infirm. Cambodia has a very young population and statistically there should be few deaths.
Of course I'm not excusing the government cover-ups or the apalling health system, but you have to deal with the reality of the Cambodian health care system right now, the need to save face, and the need to be nice to our Big Brother and Friend. And frankly, they don't have the means to manage a large-scale health crisis.
IMO Don't panic, most of us will come out of this just fine.
