I seen a Khmer woman, who works in her family restaurant , wash her hands with sanitiser last night when se sat down to eat her meal.......She is the cashier amongst other tasks....

I agree a little with Chiltern personally when I was young I got in a huge row with my father when he tried to drink a beer after I had just learned of the "evil" of alcohol in health class I remember shouting " You can't drink because it dehydrates your brain and it pulls away from your skull". On the other hand he still drank the beer though he didn't drink in front of me for a good while after that and he still reminds me of this argument to this day so kids have a somewhat limited impact on their parents

Also people are disgusting the number of times I have seen or heard people not wash their hands or just sort of turn the water on and swipe their hand through it like its magically clean is horrifying.
