Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos and Myanmar are now listed as potential coronavirus countries by UK health authorities in their advice to returning travelers.
Returning travellers

Stay indoors and avoid contact with other people immediately if you’ve travelled to the UK from:

Hubei province in China in the last 14 days, even if you do not have symptoms
Iran, lockdown areas in northern Italy or special care zones in South Korea since 19 February, even if you do not have symptoms
other parts of mainland China or South Korea, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan or Thailand in the last 14 days and have a cough, high temperature or shortness of breath (even if your symptoms are mild)
other parts of northern Italy (anywhere north of Pisa, Florence and Rimini), Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar or Vietnam since 19 February and have a cough, high temperature or shortness of breath (even if your symptoms are mild)

Use the 111 online coronavirus service to find out what to do next.

Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital.

I think this is quite obviously the case. It is very unlikely that there are more active cases in USA than in Sout East Asia, and currently only 1 death

Indonesia = 0
Vietnam = 0 (16 recovered)
Cambodia = 0 (1recovered)
Laos = 0
Thailand = 13 active (28 recovered)
Malaysia = 5 active (20 recovered)
Singapore = 29 active (69 recovered)
Bangladesh = 0
Philippines = 0 (2 recovered 1 dead)

Total = 48 active, 1 death

vs

USA = 55

Covid-19: Sa Kaeo governor urged to shut secondary entry points into Thailand after panic
A meeting in the border province of Sa Kaeo was told that minor border crossings between Thailand and Cambodia should be sealed off to protect against the spread of the coronavirus.

The province was spooked after rumours abounded that an elderly Cambodian woman had come across the border and was being treated for Covid-19 like symptoms at Aranyaprathet Hospital in the province.

US, 2nd case in CA and first case just announced in Oregon, believed to be community transmission.
A second case of COVID-19 with an unknown origin has been identified in Santa Clara county, California on Friday. This indicates to health experts that the novel coronavirus — which causes the disease COVID-19 — is likely spreading through more than one community in the US.

The Washington Post first reported news of the second case of community transmission in the US — a 65-year-old woman who had no known history of travel to any of the countries that have been hardest-hit by the disease. She has chronic health conditions and was originally hospitalized for a respiratory illness, said Sara Cody, the Santa Clara County Health Officer. Her doctor contacted health officials on Feb. 26 to test her for the novel coronavirus.

The case announced in California today appears to be part of that last group. The woman apparently had no connection to any patients who were confirmed to have the disease, and had also not traveled to any area where the virus is known to be circulating. That means she may have gotten it from someone in the US who has not been diagnosed. Both cases were diagnosed in the San Francisco Bay Area, a geographical region that includes nine counties. The first case, in Solano County, was in the north part of the region; the second case, in Santa Clara, is about 90 miles away.
Now than, this is one of the most advanced countries in the world and they dont get it right.

Do you really think China, Laos, Cambodia, all of Africa, the middle east are on top of things?
I dont
Despite the global spread, the US has lagged in testing people who showed symptoms of the disease. Until this week, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention had only tested people who had traveled to one of the most affected areas or had been in close contact with someone who had been diagnosed with the disease. In the case of the first patient who had COVID-19 of unknown origin, the hospital where she was being treated immediately requested a CDC test on February 19th, when the patient arrived. The CDC didn’t get around to testing the patient until February 23rd. The positive test results were announced on February 26th.

Just anecdotes but I copied this (sorry, didn't keep the link):
Following which, she was given anti-viral treatment of lopinavir/ritonavir, together with oxygen aid for her symptoms.

Lopinavir/Ritonavir (LPV/r), sold under the brand name Kaletra among others, is a fixed dose combination medication for the treatment and prevention of HIV/AIDS. It combines lopinavir with a low dose of ritonavir.
I read too that if you get pneumonia, they may have to put you on a respirator..

From what I understood treatments are mainly just supportive, so oxygen is provided. Those entering a critical stage needing a full respirator (about 5% of the cases) are seriously out of luck. Survival rates have then dropped to 50%.

All kinds of clinical trials are going on now, but mainly in China. And those need time.

This video gives a good insight in how serious (or not) an infection might be:

South Korea reports another 219 new infections

South Korea has reported 219 new coronavirus cases, bringing the country’s total infections to 3,150, the Korea Centres for Disease Control and Prevention said on Saturday, Reuters reports.

The new cases are in addition to the 594 confirmed earlier in the day. Together they logged a record daily increase in infections since South Korea confirmed its first patient on 20 January.

Earlier (5.27am), we reported how South Korean authorities had asked residents to stay at home this weekend to help contain the spread of the coronavirus.

Large swathes of Seoul and other cities appear to be largely deserted.

South Koreans told to stay home as coronavirus infections surpass 3,100

SEOUL (Reuters) - South Korea urged citizens on Saturday to stay indoors as it warned of a “critical moment” in its battle on the coronavirus after recording the biggest daily jump in infections, as 813 new cases took the tally to 3,150.

South Korea is grappling with the largest outbreak of the virus outside China, as a new death took the toll to 17, amid a record daily increase in infections since the country confirmed its first patient on Jan. 20.

“We have asked you to refrain from taking part in public events, including a religious gathering or protest, this weekend,” Vice health minister Kim Kang-lip told a briefing.

It was a “critical moment” in reining in the spread of the virus, he said, adding, “Please stay at home and refrain from going outside and minimize contact with other people.”

As many as 657 of the new cases were from southeastern Daegu city, the site of a church at the center of the outbreak, and 79 from the nearby province of North Gyeongsang, the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (KCDC) said.

Health authorities have run tests on more than 210,000 members and 65,000 trainees of the church linked to a majority of cases after a 61-year-old woman known as “Patient 31” attended religious services there before testing positive.

More than 88% have been checked, and about 3,300 have shown symptoms such as fever, Kim added.

Some provincial officials want to press criminal charges against the church, saying it refused to release a complete list of members, although the church denied the accusation, and urged an end to “slander and oppression” of its followers.

Kim said the government was working with the municipal authorities to check if the church provided an incomplete list.
