There's one very clear and simple rule which applies in every classroom all the time:

no criticizing the teacher during class. You simply do what you're told. No power games allowed whatsoever.

If you have stuff to discuss with the teacher, there are other times for that.
In one classroom there will be 20-30 students, and it's a waste of time to pay any attention to students complaining during class.

Maybe your missus doesn't know and you should tell her about these basic rules.

If she would try that kind of shit with me she would be in another class the next lesson.

Over half the required exam assignments had answer attachments that had to be sent back that never made it, despite confirmation messages that it did. And the teacher didn’t even bother to let her know that it didn’t work. And the exam covered topics never mentioned in class or on the syllabus.

She usually scores 90s-80s, and now nuclear bomb.

She just wants it to be over and out of his class. Her spirit was beyond crushed.

At a guess, for that section the teacher asked the students to write the answers in CAPITAL LETTERS ? Is that something a teacher would do ? Then the "missus" wrote the answers all in small letters, which is not what was asked, so he failed her.

Don't think it was the teacher, unless he was a very bad teacher,
