Average Time To Get Marriage Paperwork Back From MOFA

I turned in all the required paperwork and paid the 500,000 Riel marriage application fee at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, was told it was supposed to be 15 working days it has already been over a month now. How long on average has it been taking people to get there marraige paperwork back from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs ?

Average wait time is about 1 month from the MoFAIC.

Cambodian ministries only have about 4 working days per month, so it sounds right on schedule.
