Woman's Body Found After Gas Explosion Fire

Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: The charred remains of a woman's body were found after a fire was extinguished in Bak Touk Village, Khan Russey Keo, Phnom Penh, on 25 February 2020. The victim has been identified as 35-year-old Kep Mom.

The fire broke out after some gas canisters exploded, and it spread to 15 houses in Bak Touk village before the authorities managed to completely extinguish the blaze. It was then that the burnt skull and bones of the woman were discovered by the fire-fighters.

The death has been reported to the local authorities, and the remains have been removed for forensic examination. The police are serching for the woman's relatives. RIP.
