Power of Attorney in the U.S.

Post by kritsana77 »

I need to get a Power of Attorney signed to my sister to sell a car in the U.S.

From the Google research I have done, it looks like I can DL the form from the Internet and have it notarized at the embassy. Then send it back to my sister.

If anyone has done this before and has any tips that would be great. Thank you in advance.

Make sure the Power of Attorney form is specific to the state you will use it in.
