Is the bicycle the female type of bicycle with lower bar in the middle section?

To answer your question, yes the middle bar is curved downwards and it is low, so it goes from the handle down to the pedal area. It's not the typical style where th middle bar goes from the handle straight to the seat area. (If you get what I mean).
