Flippant response-
I stop as soon as the new FO has finally found the runway.

I was as a kid, but I have no recollection of when it stopped.
Now, I’ll stop nail biting when I know I can actually get back home in a few weeks time. I’m back in grim Europe, working for 3 weeks, and already hate it.

i had hypnotherapy oncve to stop smoking. Didn't work, but about a month later i realised i had stopped biting my nails!
