Given the incubation period is up to 14 days without symptoms, infra red cameras are about as close to nothing as you can get.
I don't think so. Some people don't realize they may have a mild fever. So it can red flag some people.
Still here, in country...

I have heard that. FROM YOU!!

And that's how it starts.

The mods asked to curtail rumour mongering and keep it on your Facebook pages where all the bullshit belongs.

If you have information, cite your source. "Whispers from the missus" in NOT a source (newkidontheblock )

Keep your hair on. This is a forum not the BBC, I'm not Piers Morgan. Just letting you know what I've heard and if the mods don't like it then they can delete, suspend or ban me. I really dont care.

Latest Official Wuhan Stats from the CCP up to midnight 26 Jan 20

The rate of increase of new cases is still accelerating.

The mortality rate they say is at least 3% but if you read the Lancet it is 15%.

I see however you have 61% when comparing 80 dead to 51 recovered.

Damn statistics!

We have no idea if that's true, but wouldn't surprise me if those rumors are going around. I am glad to hear you're not Piers Morgan though. Two CEO members reporting they heard this makes me think that rumors might be going around. I'd almost be surprised if rumors like this weren't going around. We're sure as hell not going to run with it and update the title of this topic to '4 confirmed cases in Phnom Penh' or anything.

Cambodia would have to be incredibly lucky for it not to arrive here.

There are many Chinese expats here, some of who may have families in the epicenter.

I wish them hope in this distressing time.

As for the rumors, the Khmer I just asked is aware of the situation and thinks it is bad, but his FB feeds and gossip mill have not heard about anyone in the Khmer-Soviet hospital.

Perhaps the 'missus' could provide a link back to her source?

This is the most useless set of data I've even seen.

What's the source Mish? What do the numbers represent? Are the numbers cumulative? Or are some datasets cumulative? If the numbers are cumulative, why so many empty spaces? Why no consistent empty space if there's no change?

Isn't it amazing from 11-01 until 17-01 the total amount of quarantined and released people was exactly 763, each and every day during 6 days? What a coincidence...

What does the number 30,453 (total quarantined on 26-01) represent? It appears to be wrong if do my math...

I simply don't believe specialists in virology can produce this kind of information and share it among each other.

My conclusion: this is non information spread by people wanting to spread non information.

The bottom row contains the cumulative figures.

The figures are published at midnight each day by the Chinese Government National Health Commission. (As per the Chinese screenshot)
