Any idea where the beef comes from?

I only know about dried beef. A great field staple.
Best in Cambodia is from Psar Thmei. (like so much other produce)
$20k, same as almost everywhere in Cambodia, usually for terrible quality roadside dried leather.

Fry if you can, to put a bit of oil into it, and maybe kill any bugs - not to cook too much more.
with rice only 3x daily, and you can hunt for wild animals all day long. (don't laugh, i've done it)
Sorry, no Tefflers or whores usually found in these neighbourhoods, but the decor is always fab.

Went there last night, very very busy, often queueing at the bbq.

But, sadly, the meat was terrible, nearly all pieces really tough. There were few, if any, thick bits, mostly cut too thin and the guy was overcooking them so by the time they were cut open they were either medium-well to well done. That's too much for any steak, especially rump.

It will get one more go, but if it's like this next time it's gonna be the last time.
I’ve been there a few times (not a tefler if anyone is wondering).

True the steak can be tough and the wine is truly awful. But for what it is it is a pretty good place. I have paid more than $10 for worse steaks around town.

Take a little time to choose a decent piece of steak and your onto a winner, beers are a $1 or so, owners nice and the dog is beautiful.
