what happened to Cambodia Parent Network?

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

what happened to Cambodia Parent Network?

Hi folks,

C(ambodia) P(arent) N(etwork) has disappeared. I heard it needed to be closed down, but that there is a new one now. Where is that "new one" and how to register for it?

Yahoo closed down its Groups service. You can find CPN on Facebook under the name Cambodia Parent Network. The admins are highly inactive so it may take several days for them to approve your post but there are many other expat groups. Just search for expat and pick the most suitable one, there is one large for all of Cambodia and some others that are city and regional specific.

I think CEO Forum is the right group that fits your needs.

It was a great place to buy overpriced second hand junk. It was amazingly petty, it seemed full of people were selling their old clothes pegs and breast pumps for 90% of the new market price.
Silence, exile, and cunning.

I'm assuming those were the "2001 breast pumps ... upgraded to 2010 bong!"? :plus1:
