Is this no longer possible?

In Thailand, you cant get a multiple entry visa good for a year and it doesnt matter how often you come and go. Costs about 100$ US give or take.

Not even counting if you are retired you got to let them just sit on about $15K of your money, plus schlep to immigration 4 times a year, report when you come back in the country, pay $30 for rentry permits. I wouldnt give a fuck all about that if the air was clean in BKK and the Chao Phraya valley. So in the overall scheme of things, its cheaper for me to be in Cambodia for $330 a year and just shuttle off to the Mango when I want.
