The Guesthouse Swissgarden on Occheutealbeach known from the TV SRF (bye bye Switzerland on TSR and TV5 Monde and SRF1) is seeking a new tenant , the reason for selling is that we will focus on our organized tours in Cambodia. The Swissgarden have 7 bedrooms, one used as storeroom, the other 6 were fully renovated in 2012. The number of seats in the Garden-restaurant is 24, possibilitée to extend. The Contract is until December 2019 with possibilitée to extend .The Rental fee is $ 1,000 per month and the takeover price is $ 55,000 included are 6 months security deposit ($ 6,000 refund at the end of the lease if not prolong) .
