You can find a mini bus or truck to take it.
Work out a deal.
I moved from Kampot to Siem Reap and we put the Honda on the truck with the furniture..etc.
I have seen mini buses with motor on the back full of people.
Go to the market area where the mini buses are and try to work a deal.
What is your budget?

Some big 🚌 have a large area underneath that will accommodate a small moto standing up,others you have to drain the petrol and lay the moto on it's side seen it done many times.

From Siem Reap to PP it costed me 13 $ for the scooter (suzuki step). It was a regular size bus, and they are used to it. I was travelling in the bus of course, and was going to the last stop, the bus terminal station, which was easier to manage for them i guess.

You mean the non-existent train from Kampot to Siem Reap?

I have done it several times from SHV to PP in the double deckers. I used to get them to take it off at the roundabout at the route 3/4 junction past the airport and then ride into town. Cost about $6 for the moto.

Go to the bus station in Kampot and ask.

There is no direct bus service from Kampot to SR that I know of, any ticket is just two separate buses hubbing or transferring in PP.

I forget which bus company would take a scooter from PP to Snookyville but it was cheap and easy.

most mini buses will take your scooter tying it on the back of the bus, consider the price around the same has your fare.
Always "hope" but never "expect".

Minivans take them tied on the back. Most of the drivers don't speak English. You will probably need to change minivans in PP.
