A Double Whammy Day for Chinese Man in Sihanoukville

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): An unidentified Chinese man in Sihanoukville had "one of those days" on January 10, 2020, at 4:40 pm, when he got his phone snatched while he was carrying his shopping from the market in Sihanoukville. The victim dropped all his stuff on the road and chased the suspect as fast as he could, but he couldn't catch him and the thief got away with his phone.

Then the Chinese man went to pick up his groceries from where he had dropped them on the road, only to find that they had been run over by a car and squashed.
