Ukranian Plane crash - Shot down by Iran?

Yeah, that place out 'there'. Anything not really Cambodia related should go here.

The video of the missile striking the aircraft is online. The photos of the missile parts are online. The satellites detected the launch. Sadly, the evidence is overwhelming - or a well put together false flag with faked evidence. However, the US has not responded with force, and Iran is unlikely to have shot down a commercial airliner blatantly, so it appears to be a tragic accident of a mistaken launch.

RIP to the people caught up in this mess.

Happily the US is now energy independent, so maybe the mad mullahs time will come to an end throughout the Middle East

as above;
my take, i think their air defense was ready for a US retaliation and it was NOT taken off line when the airliner took off and the system "assumed" it was an incoming missile and fired.

A mistake, BUT murder is murder.

exactly, death due to a mistake is not murder, by definition

the assassination, on the other hand, was clearly murder

the flight was apparently an hour late due to transponder problems
they possibly forget to update the take-off window on the missile system
perhaps the transponder wasn't fixed properly too

Regardless of whether it was an accident or not, it must have been an awful way to die for some of them. For the lucky ones who were sat exactly where the missile struck, they wouldn't have known anything about it, but it wouldn't have killed everyone on board instantly. There would have been people who didn't die until their part of the plane actually hit the ground. Imagine that one second, you're innocently waiting for the seatbelt sign to go off so you can put your headphones on and settle down to watch a movie on your phone or laptop, and the next you're free-falling through the air inside half a plane that's on fire, strapped to your seat, wondering what the fuck just happened and knowing that you're falling to your certain death.

RIP to all.

oh come now
the truth is more likely to come out, perhaps

it seems likely this was a missile, why else would they withhold the black box
and like most stereotypes, 'lying arab' is not entirely baseless
i strongly suspect it was an accident though

and personally speaking, iran is looking like the measured, good guy in this affair
after trump assassinated a diplomat on a mission that the US facilitated and presumably guaranteed
Woohh.. Phnom Poon, don't be calling Iranians "Arabs", lying or not, they'll have a parade just for you chanting, "Death to Phnom Poon" .

They are Persians and are quite touchy about it :D (amongst many other things)
