Cambodia News (Svay Rieng): Cambodian police collaborated with Vietnamese police in the arrest of a Chinese man and a Vietnamese woman for attempting to smuggle drugs from Cambodia to Vietnam, on January 2, 2020, at the Vietnam border.

A 25-year-old Vietnamese woman, Nguyen Thingoc Bich, who was attempting to cross the border with the drugs from Cambodia to Vietnam, confessed that she had received the drug shipment from a Chinese man named as Wendusu, 25 years old, an online casino worker, in Svay Rieng, Cambodia.
After questioning the suspect, Lieutenant Keng Khon, Svay Rieng chief of police, ordered the Svay Rieng police force to search for the Chinese man, and he was arrested at a rented house.



The police confiscated 7.91 grams of crystal clear powder of methamphetamine, 834.26 grams of the white powder of methamphetamine, 131.64 grams of MDMA, 400 pills of methamphetamine, a pack of white powder, 3 bottles of alcohol, some chemical substance, and other drug equipment.

The two suspects were detained at the police station to follow the legal procedure.
