Foreign Man on Drugs Throws a Rock at a Car

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On December 31, at 10 pm, a drug-addled foreigner was arrested after he threw a rock at a car, causing some damage, in Sangkat Beung Trobek, Khan Chamkarmorn, Phnom Penh.
According to eye-witnesses, an unidentified foreign man was walking down the street when he picked up a rock and threw it on a Tundra car plate no.PP2AF-8386. The car was damaged at the backside. The police went to the scene and arrested the man. The motive for the attack remains unexplained.

The foreign man has been sent to the Immigration Department to follow the legal action.

What a way to start the year !

Literally the step one of misbehaviour, with no purpose, no meaning, no gain, planet-of-the-apes style throw of a rock at a machine.

That and the KTV owner stabbing his family over a sad song, i smell a year of weird fucktardery ad-lib as we are only the very first day of this "full-of-hope-but-let's-be-realistic-though" new year.

Is it the year of the chainsaw in the local zodiac, or something ?

Inclined to hold fire until we see the drug test to find out if he was or not and hear his story. he picked up the rock and threw it after the truck has passed so there is a possibility the car driver was a bit reckless, not that unual in Cambodia
