Room for Rent with Private Pool and Live-in Chef

Looking for an apartment to rent in Phnom Penh? We have you covered. This is a good starting point for expats who are in the process of moving to Cambodia to live and work. Finding a villa, condo, flat, or borey to stay in when you arrive is probably one of your top priorities. Check out our listings from the community! And if you have a house or apartment for rent, you're welcome to list it here for free. Kampot, Siem Reap, Battambang, Sihanoukville, and other provinces around Cambodia also have places to rent, but you might have better luck finding them on foot after you arrive, as the largest number of listings are in the capital city of Phnom Penh.

It sounds great for someone who fits in with the group.
I agree Siem Reap is a better location.
I spent a lot of time in PP..got run out of Chinaville and spent a year in Kampot.
I am nearing the end of my year lease in Siem Reap and have found a great place to move to.
Good luck.

Rozzie, the breads look great. Can you share pictures of the rooms available?

Does the singles cost include utilities?

Are there any additional costs?

Utilities are included in the price.

I’ll post photos of the rooms today, we just need to move some residents around and rearrange some furniture.

Photos will be posted today, sorry for the delay.
Electricity and utilities are included in the cost.

The only additional costs will be if you have extra meals but you will work that out with Chef, that’s his department.

I would only like to comment that when people make remarks about the cost they are clearly missing the quality and "value for money" aspect" What price to you put on peace and quiet, security, ambience and general well being? We all know that we often pay more to get the quality we want and I for one think that this is a good deal for what is being offered and regret that I am not available to take up the offer as I work in Phnom Penh.

Good on you Roz

Thank you so much for saying this!
It’s a very special home and I’m looking forward to sharing it with the right people.

This is the single room for $500, or $600 for a couple. The other room (photos to follow soon) is $700, for single or couple.

$230 a month so I don't have to live with anyone else and have to deal with their noise etc
If you enjoy noise pollution and obnoxious driving practices, Phnom Penh is the place for you!

This.
