I would feel 99% safe saying there aren't any catteries in PP, let alone Battambang. Most of the vets probably don't have capacity to take care of five healthy cats, and the NGOs/charity orgs like PPAWS, ARC and CAPA are too busy taking care of sick and injured street animals. Doesn't answer your question, I know.

I could take care of them for a couple of months, but I am in Siem Reap.

Hi Andrew!Andrew Nasia wrote: ↑Tue Dec 24, 2019 7:06 pm What country are you and your cats coming from lighthouse?
Why is that relevant?
Thanks in advance.

Because he's concerned about your cats and wondering if they might be put in quarantine ? That would not be much fun for them after a long flight.lighthouse wrote: ↑Tue Dec 24, 2019 7:45 pmHi Andrew!Andrew Nasia wrote: ↑Tue Dec 24, 2019 7:06 pm What country are you and your cats coming from lighthouse?

And, one last question, when you were asking about car transport from Phnom Penh to Battambang, you forgot to mention, that in addition to three suitcases, you also have five cats in cages to transport as well. That does make a difference.

What were you planning to do with the cats ? I suppose you are not going to put them in the suitcases. A standard car would probably not be big enough, so perhaps you should hire a minivan.
Or did you just remember that you also have five cats ? Lol, are you sure you don't also have six kids that you forgot to mention ? Lucky we are here to help you.

Cats don’t need to be transported in cages. I took my four in a taxi and there were no issues at all.

I put their blanket on the seat and floor and they all just found a spot.
The taxi driver is a cat lover so had no problems with them. We just made sure the gaps under the front seats were blocked so the cats couldn’t get into the front and under his feet.
