Phnom Penh, Cambodia Breaking News: At 18:50 on 16 December 2019, a Nigerian man, identified as 50-year-old FRANK UBALE, was arrested for drug trafficking in Phnom Penh's Por Senchey district. He was found with about 3 kgs of illegal drugs.

The man said that he was part of a gang of Nigerian drug sellers working in Phnom Penh. Police are now looking for his two Nigerian accomplices.
