Belgian Tourist JASMIEN MILIN Gets Bag Snatched on Phnom Penh Riverside

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On December 13, 2019, a 25-year-old Belgian woman tourist, JASMIEN MILIN, was victim of a bag snatching in front of the Royal Palace, on the riverside on Preah Sisovath boulevard, Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh. The suspect, Van Chanreasmei, a 29-year-old man, was arrested.

Before the incident, the victim and her friend were sitting at the park along the riverside. Suddenly, the suspect walked close to the tourists and snatched the Belgian woman's bag. The victim screamed for help, alerting the police on patrol, who chased the suspect and caught him with the evidence.

The suspect was detained at Psar Kandal 1 police station for questioning. The police are now searching for the rest of the bag snatching gang, who make a habit on preying on tourists and locals on the Phnom Penh riverfront.

In Cairns the black kids are snatching bags in supermarkets from trolleys. Attacking people leaving ATMs and now arming themselves with knives and machetes. Kids as young as 10 or 11. Far worse than Phnom Penh.

Great shit that she takes it with the left hand on that picture which is highly impolite in itself but when I see this right she has a cigarette in her right hand.
Even the worst spitting chinese has more cultural sensitivity then that.

I know who the pickpockets are. just sit there 30 mins and you can watch them working. but if you confront them the police will ban the barang from the riverside for causing a commotion, and the locals wont say anything. so they can work openly. its pretty easy to pick them. they call themselves mafia, usually runty guys and they think they look tough because they walk sort of leaning back and swinging their arms behind their back.
