Murder Inquiry After Man's Body Found in a Field

Cambodia Breaking News(Svay Rieng): At 1 pm on December 9, 2019, local farmers found a man's body in a field in the Svay Teap district, Svay Rieng province.

After inspection of the site and a preliminary examination of the body, police say that they suspect foul play and have launched a murder investigation. So far, the victim is identified only as a Cambodian man aged around 33.
There will be more news once the results of the autopsy are made public.

UPDATE: Man arrested. It seems it was an accident.

Cambodia News (Svay Rieng): On December 9, at 11:35 am, a 33-year-old man, Pai Phat, was found dead in a ploughed field next to a pond in Svay Koy village, Svay Teab district, Svay Rieng.

Before the incident, the victim was down by the water digging a hole for fishing, when a 29-year-old Vietnamese man, Ngeing Jitang, who was ploughing the field, backed into the victim with his tractor. The man said that he didn't know that the victim was there, but after he saw that he had killed him, he was afraid, so he left the scene with his tractor.

The Vietnamese man has been detained for questioning and case preparation.

Yeh they are stealthy little buggers those tractors, they can sneak up on you from behind without being seen or heard..... especially the red ones,
