Sisters Out Picking Water Plants Find Dead Man
Phnom Penh, Cambodia breaking News: A man's body was found in a field in Por Senchey, Phnom Penh, by two sisters who went there to collect water plants. It appears that the two young women first saw the body at 8 am on December 8, 2019, but because they were afraid, they did not report their find until 2:30 pm on the same day.
Then the authorities came to the pond to recover and inspect the body, and now they are searching for any living relatives. Locals suspect that the deceased could be a homeless drug-addicted man who had been seen hanging around that area lately.
