Home Sweet Home

Looking for an apartment to rent in Phnom Penh? We have you covered. This is a good starting point for expats who are in the process of moving to Cambodia to live and work. Finding a villa, condo, flat, or borey to stay in when you arrive is probably one of your top priorities. Check out our listings from the community! And if you have a house or apartment for rent, you're welcome to list it here for free. Kampot, Siem Reap, Battambang, Sihanoukville, and other provinces around Cambodia also have places to rent, but you might have better luck finding them on foot after you arrive, as the largest number of listings are in the capital city of Phnom Penh.

HOW much? Deposit?
What furniture will you put in? Drapes, fans, kitchen, beds, etc etc....
How close are neighbors?
Are their roosters next door??
Thank you for your questions , anyway i would to see people interested to live that's area first , i give priority not money but i wish good tenants
i like i said , i will no furnished yet , but i will give properly kitchen , dinning table and chairs ,TV and fridge and there's 3 ceiling fans.
my land side 15m by 80m to river bank , there's 2 house families living a front and this house is back to river bank.

As you know in village there's villager rooster , dog , sound of bird singing , that's natural life living that's area,

there's a local market , bank walking about 5 minutes . , they can have fresh brew cafe near by .

Best regards

Give him a break, he’s a Cambodian real estate agent trying to make some money. He’s polite enough not to spam us and always replies in good humor. Ken is a bro.
