Yes, good, but expensive. Buy any prescribed medicine from a pharmacy, not the clinic.

Oh, and refuse to pay the fee for new client setup.

Setup fee? How mean the consultation fee? How much was it?

If you've not been there before, they will tell you there is a new client setup fee, a Consultation fee, exam/testing fees, and likely prescribed medication.
